Workshop
on
Business
& Professional Etiquette
“The truth is,
multimillion-dollar deals and people’s jobs can be lost as a result of poor
etiquette,” - Elizabeth Hall.
“Good manners &
etiquette are part of working smart. They are the keystone of an efficient,
smooth-working organization and are combination of common sense and
consideration for others. A person with good manners makes his & employer’s
image shine; people want to do business with that person. Good manners make the
surroundings a better place work and contribute to employee’s morale. They
create an environment in which everyone enjoys working. It fosters high team
spirit & mutual admiration for each other.
On the other hand, sloppy manners, a lack of awareness of good manners,
and an absence of caring attitude make everyone present extremely
uncomfortable.
